· Bachelor’s
degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain
Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
· Minimum 10
years’ experience in operations leadership within commercial printing
production, manufacturing, supply chain or similar industries.
· Demonstrated
ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and drive operational excellence.
· Strong leadership,
analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
· Deep
understanding of production workflows, supply chain management, logistics, and
inventory control.
· Proficiency
in operational and project management software/tools.
· Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills; proven stakeholder management.
