Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Identify, pursue, and close
new business opportunities across all commercial printing product lines.
- Achieve assigned sales targets
for offset, digital, large format, signage, fabrication, and POS
materials.
- Prepare quotations,
proposals, and costings in collaboration with production and finance
teams.
- Manage the full sales cycle
from lead generation to contract award and handover to production.
2. Business Development
- Develop and implement
account growth strategies for key clients.
- Identify emerging market
opportunities, new products, and value-added services.
- Build strategic
relationships with corporates, retailers, NGOs, government agencies, and
donors.
- Represent Hallmark at
industry events, trade shows, and client engagements.
3. Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Support the development and
execution of marketing campaigns for commercial printing services.
- Promote Hallmark’s printing
capabilities through presentations, samples, demonstrations, and site
visits.
- Gather market intelligence
on competitor pricing, offerings, and trends.
- Contribute to product
positioning and pricing strategies.
4. Client Service & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point
of contact for assigned clients.
- Ensure clear communication
of client requirements to production teams.
- Monitor job progress,
delivery timelines, and quality standards.
- Handle client feedback,
complaints, and post-delivery follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and repeat
business.
5. Internal Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with
production, procurement, and finance teams to ensure feasibility and
profitability.
- Maintain accurate sales
pipelines, forecasts, and CRM records.
- Prepare regular sales and
performance reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with
Hallmark policies, pricing guidelines, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,
Business Administration, Sales, Graphic Arts, Printing Technology, or
a related field.
- Professional training in sales,
marketing, or printing technology is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’
experience in commercial printing sales or a related B2B environment.
- Proven experience selling offset
printing, digital printing, large format, signage, fabrication, and POS
materials.
- Demonstrated ability to
manage key accounts and close high-value deals.
- Experience working with
corporates, NGOs, retailers, or donor-funded projects is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales, negotiation,
and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of
printing processes, materials, and production workflows.
- Commercial awareness and
pricing/costing understanding.
- Excellent communication and
relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work
independently and meet targets under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office;
CRM experience is an added advantage.
- Valid driver’s licence
preferred.

Job Purpose
The
Commercial Printing Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth,
market penetration, and client satisfaction across Hallmark Limited’s
commercial printing portfolio, including offset printing, digital printing,
large format, signage, fabrication, and point-of-sale (POS) materials.
The role
combines sales execution, marketing, business development, and client service,
ensuring Hallmark remains a preferred partner for corporates, NGOs, development
partners, retailers, and institutions.
